Our Story

Why we started GainAI

We didn't start GainAI because we thought the world needed another tech consultancy. We started it because we kept seeing the same problem: smart, hardworking business owners spending hours every week on admin that a system could handle in seconds.

Chris built Hadley Bricks — a LEGO resale business — and automated it end-to-end: inventory sync across four marketplaces, AI-powered listings, automated pricing research, daily performance dashboards. The whole thing runs on free-tier cloud infrastructure and costs under £50 a month.

That experience became the blueprint for everything we do at GainAI.
